Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with OEM partners to build and strengthen relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and delivering high volume growth and profitability from key OEM partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and execute promotion schemes program campaigns with OEM partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for business continuity & coverage \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for subvention receivables within TAT \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for driving BFL capabilities with brands \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of OEM partners are timely addressed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for various partner communications in terms of reporting & analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Reconciliations & Credit Note Issuance \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify revenue leakages in the system and devise processes to stop revenue leakages \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure sustained revenue growth \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & High levels of employee Satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with OEMs 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Laptop brands business volumes & subvention collection month on month basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing BFL & brands sales team engagement for volume growth \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure sustained subvention growth \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure business continuity \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) \xe2\x80\xa2 Decisions related to business growth with consent of senior management 6. Required Qualifications and Experience
* Educational Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience in B2B Account Management Work Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should be management graduate with 8-10 years of work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent relationship skills and analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Advance MS Office /Power Point skills must \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and Negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong follow up skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated success & achievement orientation \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptionally high motivational levels
