The purpose of this role is to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness for the Centralized Operational processes, through development of new projects and process improvements. \xef\x82\xa7 To keep all critical metrices in place through rigorous recons, complying to all statutory requirements \xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring and tracking - Ensuring focus on diagnosing and minimizing error, to facilitate diagnosis, corrective and preventive decision-making, and implementation


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. DMS & Audit Trail Recon: \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring data from multiple sourcing platforms correctly flows to DMS which enables synchronizing between multiple systems. Sourcing platforms - B2B PLCS SME Unsecured & Secured TW CRM Re-KYC & FD products. \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring that the applicable TAT/SLA is maintained along with Mandatory document level move to DMS \xef\x82\xa7 Adhering that the Customer OTP based audit trail generation is moved to the core DMS system. 2. DMS Nomenclature Corrections & Aadhar Masking: \xef\x82\xa7 Managing the correction activity for Multiple Document segregation and Incorrect nomenclature or Documents in Others to be corrected as per Document master \xef\x82\xa7 Managing and Ensuring proper Aadhar masking as per the guidelines through the respective SPOCs 3. Stamp Paper Recon: \xef\x82\xa7 Overseeing of Reconciliation of stamp duty collected from customer v/s paid to legal authorities \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring timely procurement of stamp papers as per the applicability within the required frequency \xef\x82\xa7 Conducting Financial Recon including Advance payment to both the Stamp Paper partners Vs Procurement Vs Consumption Vs Unconsumed tracking & Recon \xef\x82\xa7 Driving Stamp Paper storage recon inventory 4. Cancellation Rebooking Process: \xef\x82\xa7 Timely closure of requests received on portals for Cancellation & Rebooking/ restructuring with proper execution of end delivery \xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring and correction for related accounting entries in BTTP Recon against Cancellation Rebooking or restructuring 5. Centralized Operation Management: \xef\x82\xa7 Guide team to identify and collaborate with internal IT team to affect required changes/modifications \xef\x82\xa7 Periodical review of the existing processes within Centralized Ops based on parameters like productivity quality turnaround time cost etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Benchmarking and Identifying opportunities across processes and oversee implementation of the same across operations 6. Team Development: \xef\x82\xa7 Establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics and regularly review individual performance \xef\x82\xa7 Identifying and recruiting the right fit for various positions within the function \xef\x82\xa7 Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge \xef\x82\xa7 Implement the rewards and recognition policies within the team to ensure reinforcement of right behaviors \xef\x82\xa7 Identify areas and training for the team and drive adequate participation of team in training programs 7. Vendor Management: \xef\x82\xa7 Review SLA defined by the company Vs what is delivered by the partners \xef\x82\xa7 Ensure timely Vendor agreement/ addendum renewals as per Legal & Compliance \xef\x82\xa7 Create competitive benchmarking between parallel/ equivalent partners for better rates or deliverables \xef\x82\xa7 Review the capacity plans on quarterly basis as per business projection including festive seasonal planning as well as timely billing approvals Advance payments and incentivizing towards quantity and quality delivery.
* Duties and Responsibilities - 8. Engagement with Internal & External customers \xef\x82\xa7 Time to time proactive engagement with IT Product Branch Ops Cogent Legal Desk Doqfy HO Credit & Ops Team PMO on core process related activities to get all respective actionable addressed within timelines.
* Major Challenges - \xef\x82\xa7 Maintaining TAT established (30 mins) is met in DMS Movement \xef\x82\xa7 Engagement with multiple IT SPOCs to ensure timely resolution and no impact on daily productivity and deliverables towards certain process \xef\x82\xa7 Dependency on multiple stakeholders for FTR documentation as per defined parameters for cancellation and rebooking \xef\x82\xa7 Manage change between the team and employees on dynamic processes and policy change \xef\x82\xa7 Cross functional dependencies leading to delay in projects
* Key Decisions / Dimensions - DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) \xef\x82\xa7 Vendor Identification and empanelment with cost effectiveness and PAN India availability for Stamp Paper procurement \xef\x82\xa7 End to end tracking and system readiness for real time data from vendor to BFL for solutioning and automated recon \xef\x82\xa7 Process Automation through API \xef\x82\xa7 Negotiations with vendors to reduce cost \xef\x82\xa7 Securing approvals from appropriate authorities to resolve customer disputes/grievances related to loan disbursement through cancellation and rebooking DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Ramp down on Production floor as per business volumes Productivity per associate to reduce operations cost LBO Production floor volume reduction Controllership in terms of QA Recon Payments etc. Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) \xef\x82\xa7 Total Team Size: 25 \xef\x82\xa7 Number of Direct Reports: 3 \xef\x82\xa7 Number of Indirect Reports: 22 \xef\x82\xa7 Number of Outsourced employees: 104 at respective partners (Cogent & Rural Shores)
