Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
Manage clinical services, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with medical directors to develop treatment plans for patients with complex cases.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 7-12 years of experience in hospital administration or clinical operations.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Hospital Administration or related field).
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
