Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide support across key Human Resources functions, ensuring seamless execution of administrative, recruitment, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and data management.

Education Qualification & Experience

Master's degree in Human Resources Management HR professional with 1-3 years of experience in HR Management Organised and detail-oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with administrative tasks such as documentation, employee records compliance, and coordination of employee lifecycle processes. Collaborating with hiring managers to schedule interviews, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Supporting employee engagement initiatives, handling operational grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Coordinating learning programs and monitoring their effectiveness. Providing support to line managers for systems and processes, and ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives. Assisting in the execution of HR projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met efficiently. Managing HR documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across HR teams.

Navigates HR systems and tools to support processes and data tracking. * Proactively supports HR projects and seeks ways to improve processes by taking initiatives.
