Job Description


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Cost estimation, Negotiation, and Price settlement of Proprietary, Hydraulics, Harnesses, Rubber and Plastic PArts.Capable to identify the GAP in capacities and production upgradation at supplier end.Review and monitor Development of tooling, Fixture, Gauges to ensure APQP time plan met.Coordination with supplier quality team to ensure timely and flawless development.Manufacturing and Working knowledge for Hydraulics and Electricals.New process Development process- APQP and PPAP.Commodity price trend as well and market study for benchmarking.Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement .Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
