Job Description


Job Responsibility

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Should have an expertise knowledge in MS office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Developing and Tracking Budgets
  • Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Process Improvement, Planning, Performance Management
  • Inventory Control
  • Programme / Project status tracking & reporting
  • Programme/ Project Escalation Management
  • Communicate key milestones to the customer
  • Programme/ Project Escalation Management
  • Programme / Project Risk Management
  • Change Assessment / Change Management
  • Raise PO for required elements (Access/Router CAPEX)
  • Place order with the carrier (circuit, HW, XC)
  • Check customer readiness
  • Customer Acceptance Test
  • Migration activity (if required)
  • Trigger Billing
  • Handover over into \'Operations\'
  • Verbal Communication Perform handover of completed activity with Support & customer
  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunications or relevant experience if any
  • To display speed and simplicity when progressing technical/technology delivery activity with accuracy and to high quality standards.
