Job Description

To implement the debottlnecking action plans. To prepare tentative equipment list and scheme for any process improvement scheme. To do commissioning and take trials before normal operations. To prepare mass and material balance. To improve the productivity. To reduce the losses. To improve the % recovery of solvents. To coordinate with the project implementation team in implementing the project. To prepare feedback report regarding the trials that are taken. To prepare the validation documents in order to comply the QA requirements. Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices. Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately. Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers. Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members). Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors * Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior.
