Total Experience Years : 5-7 Relevant Experience Years : 3-5 Industry Preferred : Construction, Renewable Energy, Realty etc. Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering General Requirements Open to Travel Open for Relocation Functional : Project Execution, Management, Reporting Business Skills : Interpersonal, Creative Thinking, Problem Solving People Skills : Excellent Written and Verbal Skills, Stakeholder Management Purpose of the Position Handling of Various Renewable Energy and Facilities Projects Responsibilities .Carbon Neutrality Projects design, data monitoring, reviews and reporting .Study and evaluation of Electrical & Mechanical aspects of the project .Preparation of Layout of the Projects with help of Auto-CAD and Single Line Diagram(SLD) .Preparation of RFQ/BOQs, tender documents etc. .Projects planning, Execution and Monitoring as per Safety, Quality, Cost andSchedule guidelines. .Obtaining necessary statutory approvals from various government authorities for the project .Day-to-Day engagement with contractors/service providers and on-site projects monitoring .Projects monitoring to Management. .Benchmarking with Carbon Neutrality projects of other corporates .Study of Government policies w.r.t. carbon neutrality projects, carbon/green credits etc. .Timely completion of projects within the approved budget. Key Deliverables .Regular updates/MIS to top and senior management on ongoing projects. .Tracking and implementation of industry best practices on all the projects .Meeting with the compliance requirements in all the projects .Project completion as per schedule and timelines.
