To provide comprehensive support to the HR head by managing HR information systems, ensuring data integrity, generating key reports, and assisting with HR operations to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (headcount, attrition, diversity, budgets, and payroll inputs) and analyse HR metrics for insights.
2. Identify and implement improvements in data management and reporting processes.
3. HR Systems Development: Developing and implementing HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
4. Ensuring data accuracy, generating reports (headcount, trends, forecasting) using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots), supporting audits, providing data-driven insights for HR decisions, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Handling monthly HR provision including minimum wage provision, annual budgeting, HR costing including HR related cost. Closely work with finance team to enable data driven decision making.
Education:
Graduate /Post Graduate in Commerce/ MBA
Experience
: 4+ years of strong experience in handling MIS.
Technical Skills:
Expert in advanced MS Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP, and formulas), Database Management.
Soft Skills:
1. Effective communication and leadership skills
2. Experience in data analysis and reporting tool.
