Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Candidate should be well versed in the area of following :

1. Expert in the area of Product / Standard Costing system.

2. Support in Annual Conversion activity.

3. Preparation of files required for Monthly Material Recovery and its analysis.

4. Audit related compliance, liasoning with auditors as and when required.

5. Support in preaparation of Costing schedules required yearly Quarterly & Statutory Audit

6. Inventory working and its analysis along with various actionable as well as exceptional MIS including Number of days to all the stakeholders on a monthly basis.

7. Analysis of Model cost rollup for major models on monthly basis and for all models in Opening, Budget and Audit Cost Roll up as well as Variance Analysis every month.

8. Providing various types of support to Operations/SCM team from Material accounting point of view.

9. Preparation of Cost Sheets and independently able to handle cost audit.

10. Various cost saving validations of Direct as well as Indirect Material.

11. Support in preparation of Material Budget on yearly basis.

12. Perpetual Inventory related MIS and participation in stock count on Shop Floor.

13. Co-ordination & participation during physical stock count with Auditors in Direct & Indirect Material Physical Inventory & Its variance reporting along with Trend Analysis and reasons for Excess-Shortage.

14. Support in Digital initiatives for better and faster MIS and control.

15. Undertaking various kinds of Process Audit in the field of Material Accounting.

Experience

4 to 5 years Post Qualification Experience - CMA

General Requirements

'1. Should be able to highlight exceptional items and improvement points for better and optmised Inventory levels.

2. Tracking, monitoring and control of any abnormal postings to Kardex and keeping effective control on Material Accounting of Kandivali plant.

3. Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and preperation of Powerpoint presentations.

4. Good working experience of SAP FI-CO module.
