Job Responsibilities:-


Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings.

Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.

Good Knowledge in Quantity Estimation of all Items which includes Earthwork, Concrete, Shuttering, Steel, Masonry, Plaster etc. & Finishes Items

Good Knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule for Steel Calculation

Good Knowledge in doing the Reconciliation of Materials such as Concrete, Steel, Cement

Candidate shall be knowing the Cement Consumption Factor of all the items wherever cement is applicable

Candidate shall be knowing the Factors such as kg / sqft, cum / sqft on built up area

Good Knowledge in Contract Conditions (Pre & Post Contracts)

Good Knowledge of all parts mentioned in IS Code 1200 for mode for measurement

Good communication/ interpersonal skills


-Good knowledge of best practices on MEP - construction industry


* Conduct regular site visits to check the BOQ specification & Quantities at PAN India level
