Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensure timely assembly of components on the test rigs. Preparing in-house test arrangements as per requirement of internal customer. Ensure that all rigs and fixtures are in good running condition to avoid time lag. Performing Validation of components, systems & aggregates (related to new projects & on-going upgradations) in terms of performance & durability. In-house endurance testing in lab following a set of defined test parameters as per respective SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)/ (WI)Work Instructions. Timely data monitoring, collection and subsequent analysis of collected data to gauge the performance level against requirement. Timely completion of testing activity pertaining to a certain project by planning & ensuring for adequate availability of facilities, consumables & manpower. Data to designers in the form of Standard reports on timely basis, after analysis of raw data Work allocation to junior staff; monitoring the same and reporting the work status to seniors

Education Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

General Experience

Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in performance and durability testing of Tractor components. Exposure to agricultural practices & field applications.
