VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this role We are seeking an experienced Citrix professional to support, optimise and maintain enterprise-grade Citrix environments, including Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Azure IaaS. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in fast-paced, global environments and can independently handle complex technical issues, drive process alignment and ensure high availability of critical business systems. What will you do Manage, implement and troubleshoot Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), and NetScaler components.Deliver optimisation and fine-tuning of Citrix infrastructure following industry best practices. Support cloud-based architectures including Azure IaaS and Hyper Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix). Perform maintenance on Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Active Directory and Group Policies.Execute PowerShell scripting for automation and system enhancements. Manage Citrix PVS and MCS, including vDisk patching and sealing processes. Provide escalation support for complex issues across multi-tiered, distributed environments. Ensure compliance with ITIL standards for Incident, Problem and Change Management. Contribute to medium to complex tasks independently within enterprise global environments. Participate in rotational shift operations as required. Who you are Skilled in troubleshooting Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop (PVS & MCS), NetScaler and Azure IaaS environments.Proficient in handling first-level escalations and resolving complex issues. Experienced with enterprise-scale Citrix deployments, preferably in global organisations. Knowledgeable in Nutanix, AWS, GCP, and Terraform (added advantage). Comfortable working with high-availability environments and ITIL processes. Strong communicator with proven interpersonal and collaborative skills. Experienced in DevOps-based cloud operations.Educated with B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/Graduate degree (essential).Cloud architect/operations certification is preferred. Not a perfect fit?
