Dy Manager/ Asst Manager - Risk Assurance ( Internal Audit ) @ Noida

Our client is a large industrial house in Oil & Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap. This position is open to only lady candidates.

Position : Dy Manager/ Asst Manager - Risk Assurance ( Internal Audit ). Only lady candidates should apply.

Location : Noida

Education : Qualified CA

Experience : 6-10 years of relevant audit experience in a large corporate

Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

1. Candidate will be responsible for conducting audits as per the annual audit plan to ensure that proper procedures are in place and followed and the company\'s practices are compliant with the law/regulations.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To understand and apply the organization\'s audit approach, methodology & tools.

- To understand organization\'s operating procedures and systems of internal control.

- Timely completion of audit assignments and compilation of audit reports.

- Identification of control gaps and opportunities for improvement in audit assignments

- Assist in whistle blower investigations.

- Conduct surprise checks to ensure internal controls are being practiced.

- Immediately report significant findings which could adversely affect the company\'s assets and/or reputation.

- Visits to other locations for various audit assignments.

- Any other special assignment, which can be given from time to time.

2. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Educational Qualifications: The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant. Additionally a CFE would be preferred.

Experience:

- The candidate should have a relevant experience of 6-10 years at Refinery or related Manufacturing process company.

- Should be good in understanding various business processes in oil and gas domain.

- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must possess good working skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word & MS-PowerPoint.

- Exposure to SAP and investigations will be an added advantage.
