Description
The IT Development Specialist focuses upon the development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and standards. The IT Development Specialist delivers development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the Senior IT Development Manager of the Head of Technology.

Job Responsibility
- Develops software solutions by studying requirements and working closely with stakeholders and IT Management.
- Implementation of MS flows and SharePoint-based workflows.
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Angular 8+, React JS, SPFx, AWS and SharePoint Online.
- Ongoing support for applications, designing, and customizing SharePoint solutions.
- Planning and implementing software version upgrade releases, troubleshooting, and debugging SharePoint sites.
- Actively participate in product design reviews by providing innovative and practical ideas and solutions in a partnership environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.
- Document software solutions and ensure that technical documentation meets Company standards.

- From 4 to 8 years of experience in the same field.
