Role purpose: As an IT Application Operation Analyst, the new resource will have the chance to make part of an international and multicultural team to deliver the best services to our customers. IT Operations Analyst typically have a high level of job satisfaction due to the integral role they play in the success of the company and the satisfaction of the customers and you will bring innovation and efficiencies to the IT department that is accountable for business and technical services.
He/she/they will be responsible for delivering new and enhancing existing services by embracing automation (predictive data analytic, bot ...) and continual service improvement across the group.
Drive, collaborate and influence technical solution designs (aligned with strategic priorities), project teams and suppliers to deliver all operational requirements, technical process improvements and technical support to other IT Application specialists.
Drive resolution of escalated and complex customer issues to minimise outage durations and ensuring the root cause is identified.
To ensure that Margin assurance Service is delivered with a high level of availability, quality, and performance through pro-active service maintenance.
To restore any part of the applications to normal service in a timely, safe and effective manner.
Own and manage relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders in order to achieve SLAs and improve IT KPIs.
Support the definition and the improvement of IT Service Operations processes.
Must be flexible and able to manage a business that can operate 24/7 (including holidays) and commit the time required to get the job done.
