Job Responsibility Technically sounds to resolve complex technical, functional issues and fix defects in Amdocs SOM .Expert in understanding HLD and creating detailed design (LLD) , writing new/modify code and testing .Expert in writing/modifying shell complex script. .Expert in writing/modifying complex SQL and PL/SQL. .Expert in telecom end 2 end functionality. .Amdocs development experience. .Can lead triage calls , collaborate with multiple stake holders and drive issues to logical closure .Drive problem management to reduce reoccurring problems. .Resolve complex issue involving multiple interfaces. .Provide technical monitoring to junior team members. .Meet led SLAs and KPIs. .Ensure 100% compliance to process. .Proven track record of automation and problem management. Accountabilities Ensure correct, timely and complete availability of SOM systems and all southbound subsystems (Incident- and problem-management) Write complex Shell Scripts Write complex PL/SQL script to correct erroneous data Work on service-requests tickets from the user departments Interfaces to network-, development- and reference data-department Teamwork in an international team To come up with ideas to enhance the existing system Qualification Minimum 4 to 7 years of deep and extensive Know How of Amdocs SOM as an IT operations expert. .Can develop CR functionality with through testing .Know SOM architecture and can write/modify code. .Know Amdocs SOM internal process .Know how order life cycle, Contracts, Maintenance of master data.
