Role purpose:
Application Operation for Amdocs Enabler, Amdocs Ensemble Billing Product, Amdocs RLC (Rating Logic Configurator)
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Application Operation for Amdocs Enabler, Amdocs Turbo Charging (TC), Amdocs RLC (Rating Logic Configurator)
• 5-8 Years Experience
• Know how customer life cycle, Contracts, Maintenance of master data
• Ideally deals with Rating of CDR usage, and similar applications, L2 support

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

• Profound knowledge of UNIX, Shell-Scripting and at least one scripting-language (e.g. Perl)
• Write PL/SQL script to correct erroneous data

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solve incident & problem tickets and work orders from the 1st level and other departments
• Correction of erroneous data by manual intervention and workarounds
• Addressing, coordinating and tracking the removal of the causes of faults
• Should also accomplish on call support for system during non-business hours
• Should be able to handle job failures and provide quick workarounds
• Analyze the release enhancement, identify gaps, and collaborate with development and testing team to get them fixed.
