Job Summary:
As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing customers in the Household segment. You will be a key member of the sales team and will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers in the Household segment through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
- Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable products and services to meet their requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the branch manager on sales performance and market insights
