Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts for the bank
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of corporate banking products and services
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as required
