Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Assist in specifying and tracking key vehicle engineering performance and durability parameters based on FI targets.

Help define scope and approach, interpret results, and provide recommendations during decision-making processes.

Contribute to setting and achieving system targets in alignment with FI targets.

Maintain dashboards and track key metrics.

Support the coordination and delivery of durability and performance from initialization to SOP, following MEPDS guidelines.

Collaborate with Styling and CME teams to support vehicle engineering tasks.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including PEH, CPH, PM, CAE, plant representatives, Proto team, testing team, and internal vehicle engineering team.

Assist in ensuring that project milestones are met on schedule.

Document & report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
