Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Benchmarking and master section preparation for BEV interior, exterior, seat, and trim components.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage design requirements for systems, subsystems, and components.
Conceptualize and create detailed parametric designs (parts and assemblies) using CATIA V5, from predevelopment to series development.
Evaluate and optimize design concepts based on DFA, DFS, cost, quality, and time.
Conduct DMU analysis and resolve packaging and integration issues with stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and monitor Design Quality Assurance (DQA) documents including Benchmarking, Design Concept Sheet (DCS), GD&T, DFMEA, DFMA, DFSS, DFS&R, and DVP&R.
