Detailed benchmarking and master section preparation for different systems and subsystems of interior, exterior, seat and trims components of the BEV.
Manage system, subsystem, and component level design requirements through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Preparation of concepts and detailed parametric design (parts and assemblies) in CATIA V5 for BEV's interior, exterior and trims components in a complex packaging environment from predevelopment to series development phase.
Evaluate, balance and trade-off the design concepts for the attributes such as DFA, DFS, cost, quality and time.
Perform DMU analysis and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve packaging and integration challenges.
Prepare, review, control and monitor Design Quality Assurance (DQA) documents and its major elements such as Benchmarking, Design Concept Sheet (DCS), GD&T, DFMEA, DFMA, DFSS, DFS&R, and DVP&R.

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to apply them towards design and manufacturing process development.
Proficient in parametric CAD modelling, and good experience in using CATIA V5 software.
Proficient in PDM software specifically, Teamcenter (PDM software) and release process.
Good knowledge on Engineering Materials specifically, plastics, fibre-reinforced plastic, sheet molding compound, composite materials, and lightweight materials.
Good knowledge on manufacturing process specifically, plastic injection molding, SMC compression molding, vacuum forming, rotational molding and blow molding technology.
