Position: Deputy Manager Training & Development
Location: Banswara, Rajasthan
Experience Required: 8 10 years (preferably in textile or manufacturing industry)
Role Overview:
The Deputy Manager (Training & Development) will play a key role in building organizational capability by coordinating training programs, driving employee engagement initiatives, and implementing Kaizen (continuous improvement) practices. The role requires a proactive professional who can design impactful learning interventions, foster a culture of collaboration, and enhance workforce productivity across staff and labour employees.
Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Trainings: Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for staff and labour workforce, ensuring skill development and compliance.
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture, motivation, and retention through effective engagement activities.
• Kaizen Implementation: Promote and train employees on Kaizen (continuous improvement) practices to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Talent Development: Support succession planning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives.
• Performance Measurement: Track training effectiveness, employee participation, and improvement outcomes, reporting regularly to management.
