Operation of machines like turning, milling, cylinderical grinding, surface grinding, sawing, Tool and cutter grinderto produce tools, spares and fixtures.Functioning ofCNC machine tools.Programming of Fanuc, Siemens.Understand ing of cutting tool geometries and resharpening of tools.Manufacturing and Preventive maintenance of fixtures.understand ing Resolving hydraulic and pneumatic problems in fixtures.Quality assurance techniques or procedure for production.Ensuring safety in tool room.Effective implementation of corrective and preventive action by Error Proofing and Process controls.Maintenance, up-gradation, setup change of Fixtures.TPM activities, 5S culture etc
