Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Deputy General Manager - Retail Sales

to lead and scale our

pharmaceutical retail chain operations

. The role is responsible for

driving retail sales growth, improving store performance, ensuring SOP compliance, and maintaining strict inventory & expiry control

across multiple pharmacy outlets.

The DGM will manage

store managers, pharmacists, and retail teams

, monitor store-wise KPIs, ensure medicine availability, handle Drug Control inspections, and support

new store launches and retail expansion

. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer experience and operational discipline.

Eligibility & Experience:

8-12 years

experience in pharmaceutical retail or pharmacy chain operations Strong leadership and multi-store management exposure

Compensation:

?65,000 - ?90,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: ?469,077.58 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
