Inbound/Outbound contact center experience
Responsible to lead and manage a team of associates
Organize , plan and prioritize various functional audits to ensure process adherence and report any deviation
Ensure weekly and monthly dashboard on task deliveries
Maintain database integrity and tracking associate level performance
Training team members in successful strategies to meet operational targets with quality parameters
Manage performance metrics with business goals adhering to quality level guidelines
Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement plan in order to achieve operational excellence
Responsible for ensuring and reviewing SOP compliance
Other Details: Should be Comfortable with 6 Day working (Rotational working)
