Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1.To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction.
2.Good hands on knowledge of TCF Equipment like Filling M/C, Slat conveyors, RBT, WAM, EMS carrier, glass gluing robots, Smoke m/c, Showers.
3.Good knowledge and experience of electrical layout of above TCF equipment and its components cabinet,wiring plan,
4.Good knowledge and experience of above TCF Equiments (hardware, software, parameter loading & programming)
5.Should have the good knowledge of Allen Bradley make PLC,HMI, & VFD programming.
6. Hands on experience on wireless communication system.
7.Should have very good experience of TCF Equipment integration & its communication system
8.Should have good trouble shooting skill all above TCF'S Equipment and able to resolve it independently.
9.Good hands on experience of Allen Bradley PLC (L83,85 38ERM, L 72.73,75 series is preferable)
10.To monitor and maintain spare parts stocks for both insurance and consumable spares.
11. Good hands on experience of Teaching, I/O Module configuration,
12. Mantains PLC , HMI, VFD s & PC based machines Back ups systematically .
13. Improvement in MTTR & MTBF by implementing proactive Kaizens.
14. Execute & improve effectiveness of PM,TBM,CBM activities on equipment.
Experience
3-5 years for BE
7-8 years for Diploma
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
BE Electrical / Industrial Electronics / Electronics &TC
General Requirements

• knowledge of TCF Equipments like Filling M/C, Slat conveyors, RBT,WAM, EMS carrier, glass gluing robots, Smoke m/c, Showers.etc
• Understanding of TCF defects.
• Knowledge/skill of Allen breadly make PLC,HMI, & VFD programming and trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of TPM
• Knowledge TCF process material like Torquing, filling RBT,WAM
• Knowledge of Quality tools and systems
• Knowledge of PLC and it's SLD drawing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in TCF.
• Knowledge TCF Equipmtens Control Panel Cabinet and it's SLD drawing.
• Knowledge of RBT and WAM Control Circuit.
• Knowledge of line and machine network architecture
