Deputy Manager, Tax Gurgaon, Haryana, India The Transfer Pricing - Tax team is responsible globally for ensuring that AXA XL complies with Transfer Pricing rules and documentation requirements in all countries in which it operates. Documenting the business functions, assets, and risks in each country, monitoring the results of intra-group transactions, benchmarking against third parties, and collating data into annual reports. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include Responsible for the production of annual Transfer Pricing documentation as required by group countries and BEPS Action 13. Understanding the different requirements of each country and the differences in business structures and financial results between countries. Coordinate with the local country-authorized representative to collate details and understand the business requirements. Assistance to the Global TP head in TP audit proceedings across group entities of AXA XL. Monitoring progress and communicating with the team to make sure the team is on track to meet deadlines. Monitoring the data repository in Share Point and a risk assessment matrix in Excel. SHARE your talent We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Master\'s degree in commerce / Chartered Accountant with an experience of 2 to 3 years in International Transfer Pricing or experience of 2 to 3 years working in an insurance sector. Robust in MS Office specifically, Word and Excel. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English - writing reports is a key part of the role. Good analytical skills - the ability to analyze large volumes of data (both narrative and numerical is important. Good organization skills - the team has to obtain and collate information and data from multiple sources.
