Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements across PMC functions.
? Develop hiring plans aligned with project timelines and business needs.
? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
? Drive hiring for mid to senior-level roles in project management, engineering, and consulting.
? Utilize job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
? Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical/ niche PMC roles.
