Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Development of the Test Scripts based on the System Level Test Cases in a Test Management Tool (Ex: Automation Desk)
• Support in developing the Test Cases together with System Integration Team and providing inputs in enhancing the quality of test cases (Both Positive & Negative Test Cases).
• Bring the level of Test Scripts to a High Level of Maturity with no False Positive test cases
• Automate the test scripts to run the test campaigns overnight and over weekends
• Integrate the Plant Model based by mapping the right IOs and configuring the HIL System
• Generate the Plant Model code and flash in the HIL System (DSpace/Opal-RT)
• Perform Test Execution from the Test Cases based on Electric Vehicle Functions, Diagnostics, Network Management, Telematics etc.
• Log & Analyze the Test data using tools like Vector CANoe etc.
• Report the issues to the System Integration Team and Vehicle Validation Team
• Perform First Cut Root Cause Analysis using the Test Log Data
• GUI Development - Visually appealing GUI windows development for multiple systems and generate the Test Triggers through GUI using tools like Control Desk
• Test Report Generation & Management (100% requirement coverage)
• Ability to modify the configurations of the Plant model and execute the Test Campaigns for multiple platforms

Qualifications
Btech/BE (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
General Requirements

• Hands on Experience on working in DSpace/Opal-RT HIL Systems
• Experience/Expertise in Tool usage for Test Scripts & GUI - Control Desk, Automation Desk
• Experience in working on Tools like CANoe, CANape for Test Data Log Analysis.
• Experience in developing Test Cases in a Closed Loop Control Systems/Vehicle Systems
• Basic Electrical Hardware Knowledge in mapping the configuring the HIL system IOs
• Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Should be Self motivated and should have the drive to produce the best results
• Should be proactive and coordinate with team and maintain the work momentum
