Educational Qualification - BE/Diploma (Engg)
Experience Range -2 to 4 years

xc2xb7 Critical Skills Required - Knowledge of LV Switchgear testingCreating test procedures, test reports, new test methods for non-standard tests and decision sheets"
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
xc2xb7 Scheduling & assigning tests to technicians and getting it done.
xc2xb7 Interpretation of various international / national standards and upgradation/addition of test setups in line with amendments in standards
xc2xb7 Creating test procedures, test reports, new test methods for non-standard tests and decision sheets
xc2xb7 Maintaining accreditation of laboratory and continuously following the laboratory operating procedure as defined by IECEE
xc2xb7 Preparing laboratory for external/internal audits like NABL, BIS, DEKRA, ISO 14001 & 45001, SNI, TSE, etc., and comply with the requirements on continuous basis.
xc2xb7 Creating safe working environment and continuously improving by introducing processes and work practice
Functional Competencies
xc2xb7 Good knowledge on IS/IEC standards and Switchgear & Control gear products
xc2xb7 Experience in handling workforce
xc2xb7 SAP, statistical tools, Six sigma, 5S, VE
