Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for sustainable value chain management and material circularity. Identify and leverage opportunities for increasing recycled content, and enhancing resource efficiency. Promote and implement sustainable practices within the supply chain, including sourcing, production, transportation, and disposal. Conduct life cycle assessments/PCF to evaluate environmental impacts and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and foster partnerships for circular economy projects. Communicate sustainability goals and progress to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability and circularity.

Key Deliverables:

Comprehensive sustainability plans outlining short-term and long-term goals in line with Mahindra's planet positive framework Regularly updated reports on sustainability KPIs including for annual sustainability reports , national & global ESG disclosures highlighting major achievements and areas for growth. Up-to-date records of compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. Documentation supporting sustainability certifications and audits. Engaging presentations and communication materials for stakeholders, including senior management , investors , cross functional teams
