Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Experience requirement:

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering or similar 8+ years' experience in advanced analytics and business intelligence in supply chain domain Demonstrated proficiency in building simulation models (discrete / agent based), scenario cockpits and predictive models in the areas of inventory, transportation, and manufacturing Familiarity with simulation libraries like SimPy or similar Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python Proficient with BI software (preferably Power BI) Ability to communicate complex processes and ideas in easily digestible ways to any level of the organization

Good to have:

Master's degree in data science or other quantitative fields (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) Familiarity with solution packaging using PowerApps or other similar platforms Experience with platforms like Databricks / Microsoft Fabric
