Deputy Manager Supply Chain Oil & Gas Plant (7 10 Yrs)
Job Description
We are looking for a Deputy Manager Supply Chain for an Oil & Gas plant in Mumbai.
Job Profile:
- Strategic sourcing of raw material and manage other Opex for the plant.
- Managing day to day inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor and control inventory levels and order quantities to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Creation of PR/PO , Production order, Vendor code in SAP as per USER requirement
- Creation of Vendor Code in Vendor Workflow / SAP System for plant purchases
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records and prepare MIS on regularly basis as per requirement.
- Processing of vendor invoices in timely manner and ensuring payments are made on time in line with agreed terms.
- Vendor management - evaluation, assessment and development including compliance.
- Negotiate with suppliers/transporters for achieving price targets.
- Implement negotiated contracts and monitor contractual compliance.
- Coordinate between Plant Operation team and Sales team for Smooth and fastest delivery of product & services
- Comply with the Procurement and Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 7-10 Years of SCM experience in a manufacturing plant / unit
- BE/BTech preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Must have logistics and transportation management experience.
