Incoming Quality audits for supplier quality issues through Verification of parts as per drawing/ standard
Immediate Communication to team leader /Manager's / respective SQE
-Update concern in software- ESQA for quality issue& rejection in SAP. Escalations and action planning for reported issue along with SQE/CDMM
Suppliers action plan review and closure in system after checking action plan quality and effectiveness.
Identify suppliers with repeat concerns and inputs for consequencemanagement as per Policy.
-Field sustenance Audit - Review and verify Field issues actions sustenance on parts.
Certifying supplier rejections and monitoring disposal of the same.
Verification of packaging standards for supplier parts & Handling, storage and packaging and presrvations as per standard, identify gaps and esclate for actions by respective departments.
-Part verification on Master checker - decision on NOK Parts as per defined SCOPE & Frequency in project & regular production and MIS generation
-Ensure all measuring Instruments are calibrated as per schedule - Calibration planning, Monitoring and measurement system analysis.
Involvement in new projets and verification of supplier parts & Escalation to CDMM / Engg for Critical concernson on parts.
Critical Supplier Performance Monitoring and escalation to Sr Management
Ensuring lessons learnt from similar product families are implemented for new product development as input for prevention of known issues.
To guide, motivate and develop the sub-ordinates
Thorough knowledge of commodity parts- Interior, Exterior parts & its manufacturing process like Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Roto Moulding, Compression Moulding, Vacuum forming, IMD(In Mould Decoration) etc.
Involvement in new product development, identifying and driving improvements through early involvement in product development Process and completion of PPAP
Drive collaboration with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and monitoring results.
Monitor supplies quality performance measures, Review Supplier Corrective Action Plan (SCAP),
Ensuring lessons learnt from similar product families are implemented for new product development as input for prevention of known issues.
