Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping & Hygiene Management
Ensure
zero-tolerance hygiene standards
across common areas, washrooms, AHUs, basements, shafts, utilities, and premium zones.
Implement DLF-defined SOPs, color-coding, 5S, chemical control, and MSDS compliance.
Monitor deep cleaning, facade cleaning, carpet & upholstery care, and seasonal cleaning drives.
2. Vendor & Manpower Management
Manage DLF-approved soft service vendors (housekeeping, facade, pest control, landscaping, pantry).
Ensure
100% manpower deployment
, grooming, PPE compliance, and attendance validation.
Control absenteeism, replacement, and skill mapping of staff.
3. Audit, Compliance & Safety
Prepare sites for
BSC, ISO, Internal DLF audits, and Client audits
with zero observations.
Ensure strict adherence to
EHS, statutory norms, and DLF safety guidelines
.
Conduct joint inspections, toolbox talks, and mock audits.
4. Client Interface & Escalation Handling
Act as
single-point owner
for soft services issues raised by tenants, corporate clients, and DLF leadership.
Ensure complaints logged via Knowcross.
5. Cost Control & Budget Adherence
Optimize consumables, chemicals, and equipment usage in line with approved budgets.
Prevent pilferage and misuse through stock audits and reconciliation.
Support management in cost-saving initiatives without impacting service quality.
6. Premium Asset Upkeep
Maintain
DLF Grade-A asset aesthetics
, washroom ambience, lobby presentation, and facade cleanliness.
Coordinate with engineering teams for integrated cleaning and shutdown activities.
