About this Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile practices within the Data & Analytics function. This role is pivotal in guiding teams to adopt and optimise Scrum methodologies, ensuring high sprint velocity and team utilisation. The individual will facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and foster a safe environment for innovation and problem-solving. The role is based in India and does not involve people management responsibilities.
What you will do

Guide teams and the organisation in Agile/Scrum practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain sprint velocity and monitor team utilisation.
Facilitate business analysis processes and promote self-organisation.
Identify and remove impediments or guide teams to do so.
Create a safe and trusting environment for open communication and problem-solving.
Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Improve internal and external communication and transparency.
Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery improvements.
Respond proactively to risks and issues.
Drive process improvements across the team.
Who you are
---------------
6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in BI projects and international teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and others.
Skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
SAFe certification is a plus
