Conduct market research, lead generation, client engagement, and supporting deal closure processes to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue. Identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to strategic planning and sales initiatives.
Manage good relations with Clients and retain them to ensure business sustenance and build credibility
Ensure issue and problems highlighted by Clients are resolved in a timely manner, ensure minimal queries are raised and maximum leads are converted into business
Compliance
Confer with legal / regulatory affairs Team to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with other manufacturers and distributors.
Market Development
Assist in developing Marketing strategies and their effective implementation
Create business presentations and the proposals / quotations
Focus on increasing company's revenue by sourcing new products and encouraging repeat orders
Enhance market knowledge, market intelligence about competitors, and gather relevant information for drawing out marketing strategies
Be well versed with and manage the process of implementation of contracts and present them to the Senior Management for review and decision making
Support and assist in the development and implementation of new ideas, technologies and processes
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products
Planning
Maintain in-depth knowledge of business products and the value propositions
Timely submission of Regulatory dossier for product registration and to co-ordinate with regulatory to ensure timely resolution of queries if raised by the regulatory authorities, to ensure that registrations are received within the expected timelines
Recoveries / Outstandings
Ensuring and following up for all payments are check if they are received within the approved credit period as defined for each client
Organizing
Facilitate and coordinate factory inspection of our units and our partners
Remittance - Ensure timely remittance to all our internal and external clients
Strategy
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to craft compelling value propositions
Ensure all tasks, projects, outcomes and responsibilities delegated are executed and the results are accomplished based on company
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, analysing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Vendor Management
Negotiate effectively with manufacturers.
