Ethics Team: Focus on the monitoring and compliances activities of ethics program, analysis of information and preparing reports
Job description:
xc2xa7 Conducting surveys - rolling out the survey, follow up, analysis of survey; preparing reports; presentation.
xc2xa7 Monitoring and compliance of the entire program for geographies under India
xc2xa7 Preparing presentation on the program to be given to governing bodies
xc2xa7 Analysis of ethics data and preparing reports
xc2xa7 Awareness of ethics program using innovative methods
Qualification, experience, and competencies required:
xc2xa7 Master's degree in human resources / MBA
xc2xa7 Overall experience 5+ years (preferred experience in PMO role)
xc2xa7 Excellent drafting and communication skills
xc2xa7 Proficiency in MS Office tools (excel, word and power point presentation)
xc2xa7 Ability to network, manage ambiguity and appreciate different viewpoints
