1. Understand the job requirements from functions and draft/develop optimal job descriptions
2. Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, Whatsapp or online job portals.
3. Develop network of recruitment with SLAs
4. Review resumes and screening candidate
5. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring officers
6. Negotiating job offers & compensation with candidates
7. Keep data base & record of interviews conducted in excel sheet
8. Roll out of offer letters
9. Perform background verification & reference checks
10. Connect with the new employees and conduct onboarding & orientation.
11. Organize completion of personnel files of new joinees
12. Coordinate training sessions if needed for the new employees.
13. Conduct an exit interview
14. Support in HR operations
15. Any other task assigned
16. Have good command in excel and have worked in ERP environment
