About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with fluency in German to support financial and contractual processes within the REFX module for the Real Estate function. The role focuses on contract management, lease accounting principles, and accurate financial transaction processing, alongside collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and vendors
What you'll do
Create, modify, and oversee approval of contracts within the REFX module.Utilise advanced German language proficiency to interact with stakeholders and vendors.Maintain and monitor process controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.Apply knowledge of lease accounting principles to daily operations.Conduct analysis with a focus on precision and quality.Contribute to timely and accurate BAU activities in line with KPIs and SLAs.
Who you are

• Proficient in German at C1 or C2 level, with strong written and spoken communication skills.Skilled in stakeholder management across business and technical contexts.Competent in Microsoft Office applications.Logical, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.Equipped with foundational accounting knowledge.
