Opening for the position of "Deputy Manager in R&D-Powder Coating"
No. of opening: 01
Location: prithla ,Palwal, Haryana
Requirement: 08 to 10 years of relevant experience in Powder Paint Manufacturing industry. R&D.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Paint Technology.
Computer literacy. MS Office etc.

Job objective: Timely development of products and impart technical solutions.

Timings- 9am to 5.30pm, 6 days working

Salary Budget- upto 15 Lac

*Note - Because of specific skill requirement, prior work experience in Development of Industrial Powder Coating Products is must.

Essential Job Duties:
? Initiate proto type development as per product formulation received and achieves FFTR.
? Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
? Implement new processes as per NPD requirements with accuracy.
? Achieve performance improvement & value targets assigned from existing products.
? Ensure calibration of monitoring & measuring equipment available in
? R&D lab or used during R&D activities.
? Process Planning including initial sample control
? Prepare SOP for production and issue to production and upload formulation in ERP.
? Timely review, distribution & implementation of all customer standards /specifications & changes.
? Submit samples to customer and arrange to get approval.
? Study customer requirements and check feasibility.
? Manufacture pilot lot with involvement of production, Quality and supply.
? Conduct safety & round in respective area
? Ensure actions on guidance issue by top management.
? Ensure timeline is met
? Find gaps, Perform root cause analysis & take corrective actions
? Follow all safety instructions & usage of applicable PPE's
? Maintain 5S in respective area
? Update projects with contents & with latest update
? Convert control plan in to process sheet for different departments and issue to production with specifications.
