Description
The IT Operations Specialist focuses upon activities that help to identify and manage the changing customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Vodafone\xef\xbf\xbds IT products and services in line with the Customer Service Management strategy. Providing technical advice and administration across the IT lifecycle for all end-users. The IT Operations Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in IT operations including administration and maintenance of assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and vendor management, to drive improvements through innovation, best practice techniques, and collaboration. Typically reports to the IT Operations Manager.
Job Responsibility
- Providing L2 Support to Apps application
- Expert in below technologies
- Hands-on deployment, Investigation, Configuration and support all different components of Oracle Fusion Middleware ( SOA, OSB, including the WebLogic App server and related Oracle Database) , Coherence
- Support multiple integration projects in the middleware space, troubleshooting middle-tier issues and assisting developers on infrastructure related issues.
- Provide Service & Infrastructure Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
SKILL:-
- Oracle FMW, SOA, OSB, Weblogic
- Oracle ODI.
- Oracle 11g, 12c & Unix
- More than 4 years of Experience in OSB, WebLogic, - Primary Skills
- 4+ Yrs.
