6. Budget planning for the yearly review and capital expenditure, obtaining approval for the same, management of spares and other material.
7. Leading a team in region
8. Planning, Scheduling and Controlling of short and long-term activity
9. Implementation of Fire Fighting and Safety norms.
10. Technical evaluation of vendors & Contractors for supply of materials & Services
11. Identification of risks & Preparation of contingency plan to mitigate the same.
12. NABL & ISO documentation work along with handling statutory compliance work required for various govt. department
13. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities
14.Responsible for Breakdown Maintenance for pathology and non- pathology machines
Contracting AMC, CMC with OEM service provider.
15. Checking on machines at all the centres to ensure there is no breakdown.
16. Purchase of new machines after negotiating with the vendors.
17. Periodical Training of Staffs
18. Creating SOPS
19. Assisting in purchasing/installing all path and non-path machines
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Dynamic leadership qualities
2. Analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
3. Knowledge of Low flash point organic chemicals & static current safety
4. Manage change processes; maintain discipline; ability to cope up with stress
5. Proficient in computer
6. Excellent Communication & coordination skills
7. Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in a similar role
