We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Deputy Manager - Production

to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in our horn production unit. The candidate should have a strong background in production planning, manpower management, process improvement, and quality control within the

automotive components industry

, preferably in horn manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage production activities to achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets. Plan, schedule, and monitor production processes to ensure timely delivery and product quality. Optimize manpower utilization and maintain high productivity levels. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Design teams to ensure smooth operations. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices. Analyze production performance data and drive corrective actions for process deviations. Ensure adherence to ISO/IATF quality standards and safety protocols. Manage material flow and minimize production downtime and wastage. Train and guide production supervisors and line operators for skill development.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of

automotive horn manufacturing processes

Expertise in

lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S

implementation Hands-on experience in

production planning and process optimization

Familiar with

IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
