This position will be for Vadodara factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)
Designation: Deputy Manager - Production Engineering (Vadodara)
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
1. Support life cycle engineering activities for electronic switchgear products, including sustaining engineering and product updates
2. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for PCBA manufacturing, rework, and quality improvements.
3. Assist in managing engineering changes, documentation, and compliance updates.
4. Participate in cost reduction, alternate sourcing, and obsolescence management initiatives.
5. Contribute to root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
6. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in all engineering deliverables.
