Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Planning Manpower for Inspection and Work allotment to meet day requirements

2) Conducting inspection on Finished Vehicles to meet customer requirements

3) New Projects Outgoing Vehicles Quality establishing through Quality planning & key indicators target setting with CFT team

4) FTR Validation for Part Level Changes for EN Implementation

5) Analyzing defects related to quality on product using basic Quality tools

6) Coordinate & provide supporting hand to customers.

7) Audit of various quality parameters through product audit.

8) Improving quality parameters like RPT, Dock audit etc.

9) To identify, provide & evaluate the training needs for sub-ordinates improvement/ skill up gradations /motivation.

10) Preparing quality MIS and attending meetings like Projects, Vehicle Show & tell meeting and Change Management.

11) Driving several improvement projects such as Kaizens etc and contributing to revenue savings

Btech in Mechanical/Automobile

General Requirements

1) Vehicle system wise functional knowledge (Engine, Exhaust, Electrical ,Safety , HVAC , Cooling , Power train ,Brake etc)

2) EV System wise functional knowledge (Battery, Motor Drive, Charger, Electricals , Sensors etc)

3) Knowledge & Hands on experience on handling CMVR Regulations & Evaluation at vehicle level

4) Awareness on MPDS system

5) Expertise on Fire & Safety (F&A) Audit system and Evaluation at Vehicle level

6) Should haveknowledge of Auto components, its operations & application.

7) Can identify and apply latest techniques in measurement, statistical analysis and quality assured processes.

8) Can conduct Statistical analysis to aid decision making relating to Product improvements.

9) Should be able to reduce any unplanned absenteeism of workmen and conduct tactical training sessions and multi skilling plan of workmen through OJT.

10) Sound knowledge of FMEA, DOE, 7 QC Tools, Control Plan.

11) Documentation knowledge under IATF16949, ISO 9001 : 2016 and TPM will be preferable.

12) SAP Working Knowledge on PP & QM Module

13) High Communication & Interpersonal skills (relationship building with team members & customers)
