• Knowledge and experience of various protocols such as CAN, UDS, J1939, UART, I2C.
• Knowledge and experience of various tool chains such as CANalyzer, CANcaseXL,
• CANoe, INCA, Oscilloscope, LCR meter.
• Knowledge and awareness of Digital and Analog circuits & EMI/EMC Tests.
• Knowledge Circuit Hardware components & software logic.
• Electrical System integration such as Engine ECU /BCM / Instrument cluster /Telematics system.
• Assemble electrical system on prototype machines; modify parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations.
• Ensuring timely permanent solutions for electrical design deficiencies that get surfaced during the product verification phase, by deploying scientific methodologies to analyse failures and fixing it.
• Proactive role in optimizing performance, reliability, and cost targets of electrical system through systematic reviews.
• Ensuring 100% compliance to standards while releasing drawings and SOR.
• Continuously drive innovation both at product level and within the product development process.
• Support to other functions.
• Collaboratively working with other system and functional teams to realize quality, cost, and time objectives of the program.
• Timely release of engineering documents like drawing, RFQ, and identifying critical areas in manufacture and assembly.
• Documentation of learning, technical reports, and failure analysis.

Education Qualification
Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering
General Experience
5-12 years experience in design and development of electrical system for construction machnes / heavy vehicles, design of auto electrical components
