Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily precast yard activities, including casting, curing, storage, and dispatch of precast components.
Ensure production schedules are met in alignment with project timelines.
Monitor quality control procedures in accordance with project specifications/drawing/ITP/methodology/SOP and standards (IS codes, ASTM, BS, etc.).
Collaborate with design and site teams to understand precast requirements and manage workflows.
Supervise manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient yard operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the yard.
Maintain detailed records of production, inventory, and dispatch logs.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and transport teams for smooth logistics.
Assist in optimizing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Report to the Yard Manager/Project Manager and provide updates on progress and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (8-10 years) Diploma with strong experience may also be considered(12-15 years).
Candidate should have experience in Precast Concrete work of Piperack in Oil & gas Sector, preferably with exposure to large-scale Oil & Gas Sector / infrastructure or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of precast production techniques, concrete technology, and quality control.
Experience with precast yard equipment and handling systems.
Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
